cheating labeling of bread?

saw two bags of bun that are vegan as said on the label. however it's likely to be misleading...
firstly, I noticed that glossy skin on the sweet buns. think it's likely to be egg wash on the surface of the bun.
secondly, both of them are said to be without any oil. I don't think it's likely to be possible...
I didn't have time to better examine them. next time I gonna bring them home and do an experiment...
