poor labeling

once in a while in hong kong i would find misleading labeling... 

that “gourd” should be kudzu wtf...

and this one from waitrose, it's really tricky... 

“typical value as prepared”does not equal the values of the content. actually it kinda hard to calculate... coz “typical value as prepared” means cooked values which is subjected to personal preference. I think it is a meaningless label lol...
